Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao starrer ‘Srikanth’ earned close to Rs 12 crore on its third day of release. The movie ‘Srikanth’ is based on the life story of visually impaired activist ‘Srikanth’ Bollar. Srikanth’s movie is directed by Tushar Hiranandani.

Actor Raj Kumar Rao played the role of Srikanth in the movie Srikanth. Srikanth movie is doing very good business all over India. 2.25 crores on the first day and Rs.4.2 crores on the second day. The movie grossed Rs 5.5 crore on its third day. The movie Srikanth has grossed Rs 11.95 crores so far in the whole of India.

Actor Rajkumar Rao said in an interview, “When I first came to know about Srikanth’s life, I was very impressed.” I am also inspired. Despite being visually impaired, he has achieved so much at such a young age. I thought his life story needed to be spread around the world. Because we all need inspiration in life.

The story of the lack of empathy towards the disabled and their struggle in life is presented in the movie Srikanth. The film also stars Srikanth, Alay F, Jyothika and Sharad Kelkar. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani. The movie was released in theaters on May 10.
