Trends and Regional Highlights
Western Europe performed well, with an average score of 92 out of 100 but saw a decline in stability due to increased protests and crime. North America excelled in education but faced infrastructure challenges, particularly in Canada. Australia’s and Canada’s housing crises impacted their rankings despite high scores.

US and UK Performance
Honolulu, Hawaii, was the highest-ranked US city at 23rd place. Atlanta moved up to 29th, while Los Angeles and New York were ranked 58th and 70th, respectively. London, UK, was placed 45th.

Asia and Middle East Movements
Hong Kong showed the largest improvement in Asia, rising to 50th place. UAE cities like Abu Dhabi and Dubai made significant gains, as did several Saudi Arabian cities. Conversely, Tel Aviv dropped significantly due to the Israel-Hamas conflict.

Global Liveability Concerns
The report highlighted ongoing global instability, citing high inflation, interest rates, and frequent protests as major concerns. The bottom rankings remained largely unchanged, with Damascus, Syria, still at the lowest.
