After Eid-ul-Fitr, the Bangladesh Railway Authority has decided to sell advance tickets for the return journey. Tickets will be sold through the railway website (https://eticket.railway.gov.bd/) and mobile app from 8 am on Wednesday (April 3).

This information is known from the recently published minutes of the Bangladesh Railway on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

It is also known that railways will sell 7-day tickets for the first time even though they sold 5-day tickets in previous Eids. On the occasion of Eid, 100% of the tickets will be sold online so that people can buy this train journey without suffering.
April 13 tickets for inter-city trains will go on sale on April 3; Tickets for April 14 will go on sale on April 4; Tickets for April 15 will go on sale on April 5; Tickets for April 16 will go on sale on April 6; Tickets for April 17 will go on sale on April 7; Tickets for April 18 will go on sale on April 8 and tickets for April 19 will go on sale on April 9. Besides, 25% tickets will be available from the starting station before the start of the journey on the request of common passengers.
