K-pop megastar BTS won five trophies at the 2024 iHeart Radio Music Activity. An award show in the American music industry is the iHeart Radio Music Awards.

According to the full list of winners from this year’s event announced on the annual music awards homepage, the five awards include Best Fan Army for the group’s global fan base, BTS Army. This is the group’s seventh consecutive win in the category since 2018.

The iHeart Radio Music Awards is an annual music awards show. It is presented by American online radio station since 2014. The event mainly honors artists and songs. Most played songs on its radio programs and apps throughout the year.

After that, all the team members are honored. J-Hope won the award for ‘Favorite Onscreen’ for “J-Hope in the Box”, a documentary on the production of his solo album Jack in the Box. She competes with seven other artists in the category, including Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

V was honored in the ‘Favorite Album’ category for his solo album “Layover” released last year. Jungkook won two awards. K-Pop Artist of the Year and Best Music Video for “Seven”. She was also nominated for K-Pop Song of the Year for the same song, but the award went to girl group Fifty Fifty for “Cupid (Twin Version)”.

Other artists recognized in the K-pop category were boy group Stray Kids and girl group Newzines. Stray Kids won K-Pop Album of the Year for “Five Star”. Newzines on the other hand was nominated as the best new artist.
