He said that the decision will be taken on the basis of discussion and agreement between the owner and the worker so that the Eid holiday of the workers is long and comfortable. No workers can be retrenched or factories laid off before Eid.

He also said that the labor crisis has been resolved with the combined efforts of the government, workers and employers. Efforts to introduce rationing system continue.
