The romantic sports drama ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi,’ starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor, has made an impressive collection of nearly Rs 6 crore on its third day in Indian theaters.

Star-Studded Collaboration
Produced by Dharma Productions, this marks the second collaboration of Rajkummar and Janhvi with director Sharan Sharma, following their work on ‘Roohi.’

Impressive Box Office Earnings
‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ raked in Rs 6.75 crore on its first day, Rs 4.6 crore on the second day, and Rs 5.5 crore on the third day, totaling Rs 16.85 crore in India.

Janhvi Kapoor Reflects on Her Role
In a recent interview, Janhvi Kapoor drew parallels between her character Mahima and her late mother, the legendary actress Sridevi. She expressed, “Mahima’s lively and smiling nature reminds me of my mother.”

Janhvi also mentioned, “In my career so far, I’ve often played kind and innocent characters. But this time, Mahima is portrayed differently – she’s funny and strong.”
