The government has promoted 127 joint secretaries and equivalent officials to the post of additional secretaries. After about a year he was promoted to the post of Additional Secretary.

Promoted officers are asked to send the joining letter to sa1@mopa.gov.bd mentioning mobile number and e-mail id.

According to Ministry of Public Administration sources, 114 persons were promoted as additional secretaries on May 12 last year. At present 288 additional secretaries are working. With this, 127 officers were newly promoted. According to the sources of Ministry of Public Administration, 18th batch officers have been promoted as regular BCS batch this time. Apart from the 18th batch, officers of several batches who were not promoted earlier have also been promoted.
