On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the best 5 women at the national level have been awarded for their contribution in various fields. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over this honor to them.
The award was given in a ceremony organized at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium on Friday (March 8) morning.

They are Anar Koli of Mymensingh, Kalyani Minji of Rajshahi, tea worker Kamali Rabidash of Sylhet, Jahanara Begum of Barguna and Pakhi Dutta Hijra of Khulna.
Secretary of the Ministry of Women and Children Najma Mobarek was also present at the event under the chairmanship of the State Minister of the Ministry of Women and Children Simin Hossain Rimi.
