The Meteorological Office is expecting a storm with a maximum speed of 60 km over the four districts of the country. It is also expected to rain with thunder.

Meteorologist Md. in a forecast given for the country’s internal river ports until 9 am on Wednesday (April 3). This information has been informed in the notification signed by Monowar Hossain.

According to the notification, gusty or gale force winds may blow over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Comilla and Sylhet regions from the west or north-west at a speed of 45 to 60 km per hour temporarily. At this time there may be rain or thunder.

Therefore, the river ports of these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1.
