All over the country, schools-colleges-madrasas are opening on Sunday (May 5). Due to severe heatwave, various districts are closed but all levels of educational institutions will be open from Sunday as the temperature is normal.

On Saturday (May 4), Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education Abul Khair confirmed this information.

He said that educational institutions were closed in different districts of the country last week to ensure health protection of students. Recently, secondary schools, colleges, madrassas and technical educational institutions in 25 districts of the country were closed on Saturday as well. However, the Ministry of Education has decided to continue the teaching program in all secondary schools, colleges, madrasas and technical educational institutions of the country from tomorrow Sunday due to the decrease in temperature.
According to the notification of the Ministry of Education, secondary and higher education department, Ministry of Education published on April 25th notification No. 37.00.0000.071.04.002.02 (part)-214, from tomorrow Sunday all secondary schools in the country, Teaching activities will continue in colleges, madrasas and technical institutes.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education had already announced that primary schools will be open from Sunday.
