A fire broke out in Almas Cinema Hall area of Kazir Deuri in Chittagong city. The incident took place at the Max Construction site adjacent to Jamiatul Falah Masjid on Thursday (March 7) night.

Eyewitnesses said that the intensity of the fire can be seen inside the boundary wall of Max.

Jai Bangla concert is going on at MA Aziz Stadium a little away from the venue. Smoke from the fire can be seen from the stadium. This incident spread panic in the whole area.

According to the fire service, the fire broke out around 7:30 pm. Three fire service units are working at the scene. However, no casualties have been reported in this incident yet.
