The Department of Meteorology has said that temporary gusts, rain with gusty wind or rain with thunder may occur in some places of Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions of the country, including the capital Dhaka, within the next 24 hours. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.

The Meteorological Department has given these information in the weather forecast for the next 72 hours from 9 am on Friday (March 29).

In the forecast, meteorologist Bajlur Rashid said that the western low pressure is staying in West Bengal and adjoining areas. Seasonal normal low pressure is located over South Bay of Bengal.

It has also been said that day and night temperatures may increase slightly across the country today.

And tomorrow Saturday (March 30) from 9 am in the next 24 hours there may be temporary gusts, rain with gusty wind and rain with thunder in one or two places of Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky. However, day and night temperatures may rise slightly across the country on that day as well.

On the other hand, on Sunday (March 31) there is a possibility of rain with thunder in two places of Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky. At the same time, day and night temperatures may rise slightly across the country.
