Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina praised the management of Traffic Tejgaon Division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP). This information was informed by the media and public relations department of DMP on Friday (April 12).

DMP said that the Tejgaon traffic department of DMP is working all the time under the direction of DMP Commissioner Habibur Rahman to maintain order on the roads of Dhaka city. On the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina exchanged Eid greetings with members of the Cabinet, Chief Justice, Parliamentarians, diplomats, political leaders and other people at Ganobhaban on Thursday.

About five thousand guests came to Ganobhaban on this occasion. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also exchanged Eid greetings with the policemen of Traffic Tejgaon Division and praised Tejgaon Traffic Division for smooth traffic management through tireless efforts of traffic policemen.

The Prime Minister thanked the Traffic Tejgaon Department for the smooth passage of all the guests arriving at the Ganabhaban.

Under the direction of Traffic Tejgaon Division Deputy Police Commissioner Mostak Ahmed (promoted to the post of Additional DIG) and the Division’s Additional Deputy Police Commissioner Md. Under the overall supervision of Jahangir Alam, Assistant Police Commissioners of Traffic Mohammadpur Zone and Traffic Tejgaon Zone Mohammad Imrul and Snehashish Das and Team Tejgaon Traffic Division including TI, Sergeant completed the movement of all the guests coming to Ganabhaban.
