Despite an initial setback in the competition, Luipa’s rendition of “Payeri Nupur Amar Jadu Jane” in Chashi Nazrul Islam’s film ‘Devdas’ marked her triumphant return. This led her to secure a spot in the top ten of the competition.

Her incredible voice continued to win hearts, and in 2017, she covered Begum Akhtar’s “Jochona Koreche Aari,” impressing the legendary Runa Laila, who later composed “Eyi Dekha Shesh Dekha” for Luipa.

Acting Talents Unveiled

Before her musical fame, Luipa also explored acting. She gained praise for her performances, especially under the direction of the legendary Atikul Haq Chowdhury in the drama ‘Brishti Balika,’ where she played the role of Protima.

Her talent shone again in Gias Uddin Selim’s drama ‘Paliye Biye.’ Although she chose music as her primary career, Luipa’s acting skills have left a lasting impression.
