Al Jazeera reports that more than 30 Palestinians have been killed in an attack by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar’s Al Jazeera TV, at least 21 civilians were killed in airstrikes in the towns of Jabalia and Beit Lahiya in the north of the Palestinian territory. Many more were injured.
Al Jazeera also reported that Israeli army shelling of residential buildings in Gaza City killed 12 civilians and wounded several others.
Hamas launched an attack on Israel on October 7 in response to Israeli authorities’ aggressive actions against the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City.
After that, Israel launched a retaliatory attack. They launched a fierce air strike and ground campaign to completely block the Gaza Strip.
The entire Gaza Strip has been reduced to rubble. The ongoing war has killed more than 35,000 innocent Palestinian civilians, most of whom are women and children.
