The number of Palestinians killed in the Hamas-Israel war since October 7 of last year reached 35,000. 15 thousand of them are children. The death toll reached 35 thousand 34 people till the last news. At least 78 thousand 755 people were injured.
On Sunday (May 12), Turkish news agency Anadul Agency, Qatar-based media Al Jazeera reported this information, citing the Ministry of Health of Gaza.
The country’s Ministry of Health said in a statement that 63 people were killed and 114 injured in the Israeli attack in the last 24 hours.
The statement also said that many people are still trapped under the rubble. Since rescuers in Gaza do not have heavy equipment. That’s why it is not possible to rescue them.
More than seven months into the conflict, the region’s food, clean water and medicine shortages have led to an ever-increasing death toll.
Earlier, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) termed such actions by Israel as ‘genocide’. The agency ordered an end to such actions and measures to provide humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza.
Meanwhile, South Africa last Friday called on the ICJ to withdraw Israeli troops from the southern city of Rafah. Where about 1.5 million displaced Palestinians have taken refuge.
