According to the notification signed by Omar Farooq, gusty winds of 45 to 60 km per hour from west to north-west over Dhaka, Faridpur, Kushtia, Jessore, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Comilla, Noakhali, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet and Mymensingh areas. There may be rain with gusty winds or thunder. The river ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number 1.
