The 46th BCS Preliminary Exam Result has been released. 10 thousand 638 people have passed it. The result was announced after the special meeting of the Public Works Commission (PSC) held on Thursday (May 9).

The 46th BCS preliminary exam was held on April 26. Job seekers participated in different centers of Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh. 200 marks exam is held from 10 am to 12 noon.
2 lakh 54 thousand 561 job seekers participated in the preliminary. 83 thousand 425 people did not take the exam. Attendance rate is 75 percent.
3 thousand 140 people will be appointed in this BCS. Most of these will be taken in the health cadre. 1 thousand 682 assistant surgeons and 16 assistant dental surgeons will be recruited. Then there are more posts in education cadre. 520 will be taken in BCS education in various subjects.
