The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) 2024 and equivalent examinations will begin on June 30.

On Tuesday, the exam routine signed by the convener of the inter-education board examination control committee, Prof. Abul Basha, was published on the website of the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

As per the exam routine, the exam will start from 10 am to 1 pm every day. The first day will be Bengali first paper exam. The written exam will be completed on August 11 and the practical exam will be completed between August 12 and August 21.

Last year, the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee announced the plan to conduct the HSC 2024 exam in the second week of June. But later it was pushed back to June 30.

Earlier in 2023, the HSC examination in eight education boards started on August 17 and ended on September 25. Due to natural calamity, Chittagong Education Board, Madrasa Education Board and Technical Education Board exams started on August 27. This time 13 lakh 59 thousand 342 students filled the form to participate in the examination.
