A pirate was spotted while attacking the ship
The Bangladeshi-flagged cargo vessel MV Abdullah, hijacked by Somali pirates and released 32 days after paying ransom, will reach Al Hamriya Port in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates with its 23 sailors on Sunday evening.
The pirates observed Eid prayer together
SR Shipping Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mehrul Karim said: “It is expected that the ship will arrive at the AL Hamriya Port in Dubai at 6pm on Sunday.”
Then the barbed wire was fenced to rescue the ship
On March 12, Somali pirates hijacked the MV Abdullah ship in the Indian Ocean. The ship was released at 12:08am in the early hours of April 14.
In 2010, another ship of the KSRM Group, MV Jahan Mani, was hijacked by Somali pirates. It took 99 days to rescue the ship.
